I tried out the personal training sessions last month, and they were pretty good. My coach was super chill and actually listened to what I wanted to achieve. We focused on general fitness, and I felt like I was making progress without feeling completely wiped out after every session. It was a nice change from just aimlessly working out by myself at the gym. Definitely helped me stay motivated.

Took a few ginnastica posturale sessions. They were effective. Instructor was knowledgeable. Felt better after. Will consider more.

Loved the functional training!

Oh my gosh, I just finished my first set of allenamento funzionale sessions and I am so happy with them! The trainers are just fantastic, really push you but in a super encouraging way. I feel so much stronger already, and it's only been a few weeks. The energy during the sessions was awesome, and I loved how varied the exercises were. I'm totally planning to sign up for more. Everyone should try this out!
